- Shipping & Delivery
- Carpenter Creek Inc. ships merchandise within the continental United States and to international locations. Please email with questions and request for quotes to international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We incorporate accepted techniques for inventory control, but cannot and will not be held responsible for any damages caused by errors in inventory quantity listed on this website. Remedies for such errors shall be limited to refund of purchase price to customer. Choice of shipping method by customer is to be a considered a preference only. Carpenter Creek shall retain all rights to make substitutions of carriers and like services, i.e., UPS for USPS; Next Day Service for Next Day Service, 2-3 Day Service for 2-3 Day Service, etc. ANY refused or declined delivery shall be considered a return and shall be charged a 15% return charge. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
- Return Policy
- All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible after receipt of order. Once orders are processed, 20% of purchase price will be charged as processing fee for any cancellation or return. NO EXCEPTIONS. Shipping and handling charge is NON-Refundable. ANY refused or declined delivery shall be considered a return and shall be charged a 20% return charge. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless prior authorization is obatined from Carpenter Creek.
